Dear Friends,

As we approach Christmas and as this year 2017 comes to an end, we here at Gaba and Africa Renewal Ministries have been reflecting upon God’s goodness, and have realized that the Lord has used many people to make our ministry what it is and indeed he had used you to partner with us in his great work here in Uganda.

Some of you are friends of the ministry, you have prayed for us and you have been good News ambassador, some are partners and sponsors that have sacrificially given of your finances, many are staff that have worked tirelessly, Pastors that cause transformation in the different communities; the list is long. Through your partnership, our ministry has helped thousands of people to hear the Gospel, many individuals including boys and girls, men and women to be discipled.
Through this ministry, babies have been rescued at Loving Hearts Babies’ Home, students have been helped to go to school, our college (Africa Renewal University) has been able to equip hundreds of students, and Bethany Children’s village has been a place of hope for many children.

This last week, I visited a village 130 miles from Kampala, we were celebrating the construction of a grain Mill that God has provided as a sustainable project for this local community. Pastor John our host spoke up and shared how the Gospel has transformed this community, before the church; many families were starving, people were worshiping Idols.

Today the church has not only brought the good News of salvation, but has been teaching people how to grow maize(corn), has given coffee seedlings, kids have got sponsors to help them go to school. Indeed the Gospel is God’s vehicle of community transformation. All this is happening because of your partnership. Thank you

As the year ends , our prayer is that the Lord keeps you well and that you will have a restful season. May 2018 be a year where you will grow deeper in the love and knowledge of the Lord.
